Legends of Rega: Albho Daoi, the White Wolf
A legend of both horror and heroism from the dawn of the Skarian nation, before the rise of Rega. He is the first werewolf, made so by the magic of the Scholomancer, in order to defend their land from monsters even more vile. He is a nearly unstoppable killing machine...but usually does not unleash his wrath on Skarians. He reserves his anger for their enemies, and for the foolish but well meaning pups ( as he calls them) who come hunting him. He can command any wolf, any canine, any werewolf. He can call them to his aid if they are close, and there are always *at least* dire wolves near enough to hear him, for they follow in his path. He almost never bothers to take human form, except to enter a settlement in disguise to gather information . . . or get a beer.
