Turbo, Super Speed New Kid
Turbo, aka Tomas Dalca, is a young man from Timisoara, Romania. A life long athlete, he tried out for the 2020 Summer Olympics and discovered, by sheerest accident, that he was a metahuman, born with super speed. Disqualified from the Olympics, he was sent off to the Vanguard Academy to train his powers. Doc Bronze recruited him after graduation.
He's fast. Real fast. Everything about him is fast. He runs at up to 64,000 mph full speed, 83 times the speed of sound, but doesn't make a boom unless he wants to.
He can run on water and walls, and he certainly excels at crowd control, but he has yet to learn any fancy speedster tricks.
One of his big problems is that he's in his early twenties, and a rookie, on a team of immortal warriors, some of whom are literally thousands of years old. Not only is there a mismatch in expectation, he really doesn't have the experience to make a lot of calls...but he thinks so fast he often makes decisions before anyone else has a chance.
