#GURPS Tuesday: Dame Bradamante (Fellhunters)

Bradamante was a lady knight in service to Charlemagne, famed for unhorsing any opponent she jousted with, and being at least equal to (if not better than) every man she fought. She was sworn to never marry a man who could not defeat her in honorable battle, and found that man in the Saracen Knight Ruggiero, who converted to Christianity to be with her. She was the daughter of the Duke of Dordognes.

In the legends, some of her success was due to a magical lance. In Fellhunters, she herself empowers the lance, and her skill is more than enough to explain her success. She comes from the somewhat backward, still Feudal and High Medieval nation of Frankrijk, to the south of Westria. She has no flaws...all her 'disadvantages' in GURPS terms are chivalric, noble, and good.
