Description: Vulpos, when recognized as such, is often in the form of a grey fox or rabbit, or occasionally a humanoid with the head of one or the other. But more even than Lunos, they take any form, any gender, and identity...and embody it while they are in that form. Sometimes recognized by the faint smell of beer in the air, or the shine of silver in the eyes, they are most often portrayed as halfling, though often with rabbit or fox head as above.

History: They came from the coupling of Tellus and Marea, as did Lunos their twin, and most favor their shared creations, the halflings. They hate nothing, are kind to nearly everything...but will play nasty pranks on those who need to be taught a difficult lesson. They serve as the external embodiment of change and transition, as Lunos covers the internal aspects. Non-binary folk and those who feel born into the wrong body, for gender or any other reason, revere them.

Relationships: Vulpos will oppose Interitus and his creations, but they almost never express anger. Even in the heat of combat, they laugh. Vulpos and Lunos have a love that cannot be broken, a bond that ignores distance. Vulpos loves all their family, and tolerates all who do not hold evil in their hearts. Aquilo is a frequent target of their tricks, but Vulpos won't give up on them.

Realm: Vulpos resides on the moon with their twin, but rarely settles there, instead roaming all the world, teaching and tricking. They might be found on Aula Dei if it amuses them. Sometimes they seem to be many places at once, a skill that makes them the god's favored messenger.

Rituals: These vary greatly, but always involve a libation of beer, and a joke. The priesthood has a number of magical techniques to facilitate bodily transition of gender, body type, or even species, and in coordination with the clergy of Lunos, such events are treated as highly holy events.

Holy Days: The Spring Equinox , called Luck Day. All other holy days apparently random or personal or both.

Commandments:

Accept that all things must change, that live. To cease to change is to die.

Eat, drink, and be merry, for death comes to us all.

Kindness is key. Sometimes kindness is still harsh.

Live, laugh, love.

The chance you never take is the one you most regret.

Orders: The Ladies of Luck are all women (whatever they may have been assigned at birth), who attend all the transition and rebirth ceremonies, whether they be the chosen bodily change above, or simple rites of passage into adulthood, as man, woman, or neither. They stand as surrogate mothers and midwives to this new birth. The Gamblers are an order of wandering teachers and tricksters who emulate their god as closely as they can. The Fathers of Fortune provide good masculine role models for all young ones( regardless of gender assigned at birth), mill grain, bake bread, and brew the finest beer.
