Sangilak, Inuit Superhero Demigod Son of the Moon
More Mutants and Masterminds Madness!
Here's a PL8 superhero for the same setting as Dr. Tako.
He's a demigod, son of the Inuit Moon God Igaluk (called Aningaaq on Greenland).
He's a big muscular Inuit man, with of course a very reasonable fat layer for warmth (although he doesn't actually feel the cold), with pale skin that is his birthright from the Moon. He has power over the tides, and is at home below the waves as above.
