Heinrich van Skelt is a relatively young vampire of German descent, blonde and blue eyed, who supported the Nazis in World War II...and every war since 1750 or so, actually. Now , in the World That Needs Heroes, he supports Dr. Umbros Metahuman Superiority Front, while in the parallel world of Ka-Pow, he is a founding member of Maelstrom.
