An ancient Dacian vampire, public about his origins, powers and intent, he was born a metahuman with access to magical powers. He later embraced vampirism and immortality and strongly believes in both metahuman superiority and the fallibility of normal humankind. Unlike some, he will gladly arrange for more people to become metahuman...he sees it as a way to improve all life on the planet. Those who stand in his way, or who mistreat metahumans...well. He doesn't have limits to what he will do.

Imagine him as Dr. Doom, with shadow powers as great as Magneto's magnetism, mystical skills to rival Dr. Fate or Dr. Strange, and as a vampire on par with or surpassing Dracula. He wants to make metahumans rulers of the world, with him at the very top.
