If you haven't read the Encephalid entry yet, I recommend doing that first then coming back.

As if the humanoid incarnation of the encephalid infestation were not terrifying enough, one must remember that they can infest and infect any living creature. They prefer to infect sapient, intelligent creatures, so that they can make use of their intellect and memory. As such, the orca is a perfect host, allowing them domination of aquatic environments that is nearly unmatched by other creatures.

It prefers to eat with its tentacles, so as to get only that which it enjoys eating, brains and cerebrospinal fluid, but if its limbs are taken up with grapples, and it needs to subdue a tenacious foe, it will use the natural bite of the orca to do so, often pulling grappled foes to the maw for that purpose.
