#OpenDnd Content #8: Bloodleaf tree and leaf swarms

The Bloodleaf tree and its attendant leaf swarms are a little known danger of the Arkian rain forest. They appear to be simply a red leafed tree, until the swarms start to detach and the tree advances on the formerly unsuspecting creature that came close. The leaves drink the blood of prey, and return to the tree to give it sustenance. In many cases, the leaf swarms by themselves are sufficient to make quick work of many creatures.
