Dnd5e Monster: the Sluggernaut
This huge, carnivorous slug is 15 feet long. It can be slippery or sticky. It can shoot out its radula like a xenomorph inner mouth for a terrifying bite, or grab you and stuff you in its mouth with its lower tentacles. Nasty.
