The very colorfully skinned Oni are dangerous yokai with a propensity for anthrophagy. This one has become a stalker in the shadows...a serial killer of the worst supernatural sort. Though in Rokugan it would have come from the Shadowlands, this one walks amongst the people, taking lives, eating flesh, drinking blood.
