The Cube of Worms is a vile and macabre fusion of vermin, ooze, and undeath, crafted by twisted necromancers long ago, or perhaps a thumb of the nose from the demon lord of undeath to the demon lord of oozes, or even a rare collaboration of the two.

It is found, nearly always, in ancient crypts and caverns.
