Bracer of Slinging

Bracer of Slinging

(wondrous item, uncommon)

This relatively plain bracer is marked with the dwarven runes meaning “Sling” or throw with great force and accuracy. While wearing it, you can use an action to expend a number of charges. For one charge, you can throw a single item in your hand up to 90 feet in a straight line. If the object would strike a creature , that creature must make a Dexterity saving throw, DC 15. An object can be hit automatically. A struck object or creature that fails the save takes 3d8 damage of the type most appropriate to the object thrown, ie piercing for a quarrel, bludgeoning for a stone.) Each additional charge expended raises the damage by 1d8 of the same type.

The bracers have 7 charges, and regain 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the bracer's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the bracer crumbles into ashes and is destroyed.
