Vampire: The Requiem Bloodline Hecatae, the Witches
Daughters of the triple goddess, mistresses of the afterlife.
Bloodline Hecatae
An ancient bloodline, descending from the three faced goddess herself, those of this bloodline are the Queens of Sorcery. It is rumoured that Medea and Circe, both priestesses of Hecate and/or demigods themselves, belong to this line.

Covenant: Always Crone
Appearance: Beautiful female: Young, motherly, or very old.
Haven: Cult temples, usually.
Bloodline Disciplines: Auspex, Majesty, Celerity, Necromankia
Weakness: The Hecatae have a particular weakness for heroes: dashing young men who typically have no real regard for them. As such, they gain the Vice of Lust, in addition to their original vice, and the Daeva flaw applies to both vices. If they already possess the vice of lust, then they gain the vice of Envy, to represent their jealous nature. They do not receive Willpower back for actually indulgingthe second Vice…they only lose Will for ignoring it.

Feed the ghost one blood, then it may speak to and be seen by all present.

Each net success is one command or service to be exacted.
Again, vitae is fed to the shade.
OOOO Larval Urge
Cost: One will

Binds a ghost to a new anchor.
OOOOO Birth by Death
Cost: One will
Action: Instant
Activation: Presence +Occult + Necromankia minus Resolve
Instantly kills a mortal by yanking out their soul and making it a ghost…basically each success does a lethal and if the mortal dies they automatically become a ghost…often anchored to the vampire. This power also weakens the ties between a vampire and their body…costing the vampire as much will as they would have taken in damage, much like Mortal Fear.
