Range: 60 feet
Targets: Up to three creatures you can see within range.

Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

The caster goes on an impassioned rant that causes those that hear it to be stunned by the complexity of the subject and the eloquence of their arguments.
Up to three target creatures you can see within range, who can hear you, must make Intelligence saves or be stunned (while still standing) for as long as you continue to speak. They receive a new save each round to recover, and another when damaged. If the save if triggered by damage, they save with advantage. If the caster becomes incapacitated or unable to speak, the spell ends.
At Higher Levels: You may affect one additional target within range per each slot above 3rd.

Target: One creature you can see within range.

Duration: Instant, one round
Casters: Bard
The caster spits a stream of insulting invective, a far more cruel version of the Vicious Mockery cantrip. The target takes 3d10 psychic damage and is stunned for one round by the wounds to their ego. A successful Charisma save negates the stun and halves the damage.
At Higher Levels: The spell does 1d10 additional damage per spell level above 3rd.
